When will my order ship and how do I track it?
We work hard to process orders within one business day. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking information for your item(s).
When will I receive my order?
Most orders will arrive in 7-10 business days. Some orders containing multiple items will ship in various packages, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for each parcel. You can check the status of your shipped order here.
What countries do you ship to?
At this time, we don't ship outside of the U.S. We hope to accommodate international customers at scale in the future. If you'd like to purchase a product and live outside of the U.S/need it shipped outside of the U.S., please contact us at email@example.com, and we'll see what we can do for you. No guarantees, though.
What if my shipment is lost or damaged?
If your shipment doesn't arrive and or is damaged, please contact us and let us know. We'll work together to investigate what happened and send you a replacement if necessary.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do not currently offer any expedited shipping options, but we aim to ship your order to you as soon as possible.
